Previously, I founded and operated an antique restoration firm and was an internal auditor heavily focused on process improvement at Commonwealth Trading (Hit or Miss Stores) and at Fanny Farmer Candy Shops, a vertically integrated manufacturer and seller of candy.
My first job after college had a good deal of process and controls improvement aspects to it. Since then the various things I have done have all involved working to improve physical objects (antiques) and developing solutions to help clients improve their businesses. Large or small, all organizations need to revise and refresh what they do and how they do things. InterAcct was created to help Small to Medium businesses benefit from some of the same approaches large corporations use to thrive.
